This is a skeleton building with 21 floors and 2 underground floors. The great advantage of the project is an allover glazing, which provides a beautiful view of Prague. The apartments are protected from the sun beams by an elegant sunscreens, creating the unique look of the project. A space between them and the wall is filled with galleries allaround the building. Apartments
There are smaller apartments on the 1st up to 10th floor and apartments of an area 235 m2, which is the area of the whole floor on 11th up to 20th floor. Unusual architectural design of housing creates a unique, yet very practical lay-out with a minimum use of right angles.
Flats can be purchased in three standards:
- the so-called minimum occupancy standard - an unequipped flat ready to become your dream-apartment
- the standard of the sample apartment
- the standard by prof. Borek Sipek with a truly exceptional design
Each apartment includes a balcony or a terrace in addition to the gallery. There is also a preparation for air-condition in all apartments. The architects have designed enough space for storage spaces (dressing rooms, built-in warrobes, pantry in the kitchen). However, if the place was not sufficient, you could store your belongings in the cellar.
Locality
The house is located in Karlin, which has become a very popular location during the last several years, especially for its location just few minutes from downtown, yet complete calmness and a great offer of civic amenities. Connection to the center is very easy both by car and by public transport (metro and tram station is almost next to the house). You will find a large range of sporting activities in the immediate vicinity: golf course, tennis courts, squash, bowling or fitness center.
