It is a 1st to 5th floor in a building with elevator. On the 1st floor there are commercial spaces for 373czk/ sqm/ month. 2nd and 3rd floor are open space, 4th and 5th floor are indivisible (already divided), all for 386Czk/ sqm/ month. The total area of each of floors: 1st: 301,31 m2 2nd: 217.40 m2 3rd: 510,16m2 4th: 502,40 m2 5th: 475,32 m2 The exact area will be exactly measured after agreeing the final version of the office space organization and increased by an additional factor in the amount of 8.00% of the total rental area. The lesser will provide 1 month of lease free of charge per year of lease contract. The charge-free lease will be applied in the first months of the lease contract.
