• We'll contact you regularly with a list of real estate offers that fit your criteria 
• We'll determine the legal status of the real estate and provide you with comprehensive taxation and financial advice. 
• We'll provide you with professional evaluation of each offer, including all the pros and cons.
• We'll help you negotiate a lower price (our remuneration does not depend on the value of the real estate value, nor is it determined by a percentage of the price).
• We'll assist you with all legal matters involved in the actual signing of your contracts.

Terms and Conditions

• The ‘Search for Me!’ service is only available for real estate valued above CZK 5 million
• Fees are only payable following signature of purchase contract.
• A 50 % down payment for reservation with a seller is always refundable if the agreement is not signed for whatever cause.

Terms and Conditions:
Searching for a real estate valued:
to 10 million CZK ....... CZK 100,000
to 15 million .. CZK 150,000
to 18 million .. CZK 200,000
more than 18 million .. CZK 400,000
Specific budget, a larger number of real estates etc. ... negotiated price

All prices exclude VAT.
Maturity of our remuneration after the signature of the purchase contract.
50 % down payment for reservation with the seller or their sales representative – it is always refundable if the agreement is not signed for whatever cause.
