The previous owner of the premises carried out an extensive reconstruction, there are new floors (tiles and carpet), new walls, electricity and water distribution and new gas heating, regrettably the site is very wet, which is again beginning to show on the status of the area. The rent for a staggering 281.93 m2 is therefore only 40.000,-, + advance for services. Then there is the possibility of leasing only a half of the space (which is axially symmetrical according to the diagonal of the building).
